A familiar face in north London is hoping to make a return to the Emirates Stadium.
Ivory Coast defender Emmanuel Eboue admitted that he would "love" to reunite with Arsenal after he was released by Turkish giants Galatasaray in the summer.
The 32-year-old found himself in the unsavoury position of being relegated to Galatasaray's under-21 squad ahead of the 2014-15 campaign.
"I came back for training and I was told I would not be playing," Eboue was quoted as saying in The Sun.
"The president told the manager at the time not to pick me. The way I was treated was very unfair. We are looking for options and I would love to come back to Arsenal."
He left Arsenal to join Galatasaray in 2011 after six years with the Premier League side.
