Manchester United signs 10-year sponsorship deal with Adidas worth £750 million

Manchester United and Nike will see their longstanding partnership come to an end at the conclusion of this season, as the English club announced Monday that they have reached a colossal sponsorship deal with Adidas that will begin in the 2015-16 campaign.
The Red Devils and the German manufacturing giants have agreed to a ten-year, £750 million contract ($1.3 billion), which instantly becomes the most lucrative kit deal in world football.

The deal comes after Nike decided not to renew their existing 13-year contract with the club.
