Pogba doesn't rule out possible United exit: 'Who knows what will happen?'

Paul Pogba may be away on international duty with France, but the 25-year-old's Manchester United future is still one of the hottest topics in Les Bleus' camp.

Since winning the World Cup this summer, reports have linked Pogba with a move away from the Red Devils, with Barcelona reportedly tipped as one possible destination.

His agent, Mino Raiola, didn't help to quell those rumors in August when he suggested former United midfielder Paul Scholes should advise the club's chief executive Ed Woodward to sell Pogba after Scholes criticized the Frenchman.

In a recent interview with Sky Sport Germany, Pogba didn't deny the possibility of leaving the Red Devils in the near future, but he did concede that his contract, which is expected to run until 2021, precludes him from simply packing up and moving elsewhere.

"There was a lot of talk about it, but it was like that. I am under contract at Manchester," he said, as translated by The Telegraph's James Ducker. "My future right now is with Manchester. I have a contract. Currently, I play there, but who knows what will happen in the next couple of months."

Pogba's dissatisfaction at United is reportedly the result of an ongoing divide with manager Jose Mourinho, which began to take shape last season. The French star hinted their relationship still wasn't in perfect shape after the opening match of the current campaign last month, saying he would risk a fine if he responded honestly to a question asking if he was "happy and comfortable" in Manchester.

While Pogba didn't refute a reported rift with Mourinho, he did pledge unfaltering loyalty to United while he's still there.

"We have a coach-player relationship, it's like that," he said. "One thing I can promise: I will always give it 100 per cent, regardless for which coach. I give it my all for United always. That's all I can say."
