The Connecticut Sun claimed guard Hailey Van Lith off waivers, the team announced Wednesday.
Van Lith joins Connecticut after one season with the Chicago Sky, where she averaged 3.5 points, 1.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 29 games as a rookie.
The 24-year-old was drafted 11th overall by the Sky in 2025 after a decorated college career including stops at Louisville, LSU, and TCU.
The Sun (11-33) finished fifth in the Eastern Conference last season. They host their 2026 regular-season home opener May 10 against the Seattle Storm.
