Before being sent off in the 90th minute of Atalanta's 2-1 home loss to Torino on Saturday, Mauricio Pinilla scored one of the most impressive goals of the season and arguably one of the most spectacular goals of his career.
After Torino failed to properly mark the 31-year-old forward on a free kick, Pinilla acrobatically threw his body in the air and blasted the ball into the net with a phenomenal scissor kick.
The outstanding finish marked Pinilla's third Serie A goal since he joined Atalanta from Genoa on a season-long loan in January.
