Torino's Josef Alexander Martinez: Plays in four matches for Venezuela in Copa 2016

Martinez took part in all four matches (three starts) for Venezuela in Copa America Centenario, managing to score a goal on six shots (three on target), receiving a yellow card on his lone foul and drawing four fouls against himself. He takes his international tally to five goals in 31 caps. Venezuela were beaten 4-1 by Argentina in the quarterfinals of the tournament.

Analysis:

Martinez found regular playing time hard to come by last season with Torino and didn't contribute much in fantasy. The 23-year-old forward tallied three goals, one assist and an average of 1.7 shots per game in 21 Serie A appearances (10 starts).
