Montreal will face the Ottawa Charge in the final.
Poulin also assisted on Catherine Dubois' opening goal of the game in Montreal's 2-1 victory.
Ann-Renee Desbiens was terrific between the pipes for the Victoire, stopping 25 of 26 shots. Her best denial was a dazzling windmill, two-pad-stack glove save.
