The 2015 U.S. Open is fast approaching, with many players electing to take this week off in preparation for the major championship, hosted this year at Chambers Bay. Friday, the PGA released the complete groupings and tee times for the tournament.
The tournament begins Thurs. June 18, and conclude Sun. June 21. Should there be need of a playoff, it would be played Mon. June 22.
The United States Golf Association is implementing some unique variables to this year's tournament that will see first and 18th holes have their pars alternate. On days that the first is a par-4 will see the 18th be a par-5, which will alternate on subsequent days.
To make conditions that much more unique, tee boxes could also be uneven, throwing a wrench in the drives of some golfers.
