The clash between Woods and McIlroy highlights what should be an exciting day as the two major champions face each other in match play for the first time.
Mcllroy, 29, has been in fine form so far, winning all three of his matches while losing just three holes along the way. Woods has won the event a record three times but hasn't done so since 2008.
Rose, the event's No. 2 seed, defeated Gary Woodland in the final round-robin match Friday to book his spot. Rose has not competed at the event since 2016 and hasn't advanced to the Round of 16 since 2007.
Two groups came down to a playoff hole, as Li defeated Alex Noren and Kisner knocked off Ian Poulter to claim their respective spots in the knockout round.
Stenson became the first member of the 64-player field to advance when he beat Jim Furyk.
The last three winners of the event - Bubba Watson, Dustin Johnson, and Jason Day - all failed to advance.
