Tiger laments being unable to play at Congressional: 'It's tough'

Tiger Woods will be unable to join the field at the Quicken Loans National at Congressional this week.
In a news conference not unlike many he's done in recent months, Woods confirmed Wednesday he's still not ready to return to competitive golf, but still has the desire to do so.
"I wish I could be here to play, to get out here, get it going again," Woods said, via ESPN.
"I just miss playing. It's not fun. It's tough. This tournament is near and dear to my heart," he said, as this PGA Tour stop aids the charity organization that shares his namesake.
Tiger explained he can play a round, spend long hours on the range, and isn't limited in his home and family life. However, he isn't in the shape required to compete in a PGA event.
"I guess I still need to get in golf shape," he added.
