J.T. Miller found Mats Zuccarello in the slot, who then set up Derek Stepan for the go-ahead marker with just over one minute remaining to lead the Rangers to a 4-2 victory.
Zuccarello recorded three points in the win, and established a new career high with his 20th goal of the season.
New York improves to 33-19-6 with the win, while Toronto falls to 20-27-9.
