A pair of Winnipeg Jets rookies connected for an early goal to open the scoring Thursday against the Nashville Predators.
Joel Armia made a perfect stretch pass to send linemate Nikolaj Ehlers flying into the Predators' zone, and the young Dane finished with a nice move as he sent the puck over Pekka Rinne for his ninth goal of the season.

The teenaged Ehlers has four points in his last five games.
