Wild's Mike Reilly to debut vs. Stars
Mike Reilly's third tour with the Minnesota Wild will see him finally thrust into action.
The high-profile offseason acquisition - signed as a free agent after failing to come to terms with his previous rights-holder, the Columbus Blue Jackets - will make his NHL debut Saturday night in Dallas.
"I worked all summer to try to be in this position as early as possible, and now that I'm here it's kind of surreal," Reilly said, according to the team's official website. "I just have to go enjoy this process, but it's a big game tonight for the team, so you want to come out with two points."
Reilly worked with Jonas Brodin at the morning skate.
He has five goals and 18 points with a rotten minus-26 rating in his first 32 pro contests playing for the Iowa Wild.
