VIDEO: Bruins' Marchand goes low on Senators' Borowiecki
No stranger to the long arm of league law, Boston Bruins winger Brad Marchand may soon find himself answering a phone call from the NHL's Department of Player Safety.
Marchand delivered a blow seemingly near the knee of Ottawa Senators defenseman Mark Borowiecki in Tuesday's game, flipping him over.
No penalty was assessed on the play, and Borowiecki remained in the game relatively unscathed.
As you'd expect, the Marchand hit on Borowiecki has been clipped by DoPS, per source. Will be looked at.

When asked about the incident after the game, Marchand said he was simply attempting to turn up the ice in pursuit of the puck carrier.
Marchand received a five-game suspension in 2012 for a clipping incident involving Sami Salo of the Vancouver Canucks.
