Nothing cuter than puppies with athletes.
A few Washington Capitals players made friends with adorable little puppies during a photoshoot for a calendar with the MSE Foundation and Homeward Trails Animal Rescue.
Slapshot the mascot was a huge hit.
The puppies were not feeling Nicklas Backstrom. Or, maybe he wasn't feeling them? Either way, this is second-hand embarrassment for us all.
February will probably be a favorite.
With whatever this month is coming in a close second place.
New Years looks like it would be a party with Andre Burakovsky and Marcus Johansson.
