The New Jersey Devils better hope they have a packed house the next time they host the New York Islanders.

The Devils took a shot at the Islanders, who will now call Brooklyn their home, staging a fake news bulletin outside the now-vacant Nassau Coliseum.

Interestingly, the regional rivals boasted similarly small average crowds last season.

Barclays Center - the new home of the Islanders - has a hockey capacity of 15,795, meaning the emerging contender could regularly play in front of full houses this season.

The Devils, on the other hand, are likely lottery-bound this year, and may not be a hot draw at the gate.
