A wild 4-3 win by the Tampa Bay Lightning over the Chicago Blackhawks set a new record as the highest-rated Stanley Cup Final Game 2 in NBC history.

The back-and-forth affair drew a 4.8 overnight rating, up five percent from last year's 5-4 double-overtime win by the Los Angeles Kings over the New York Rangers.

Both games were preceded by coverage of the Belmont Stakes.

Saturday's game - which knotted the series at one game apiece - delivered a 22.62 rating in Chicago and a 15.1 in Tampa.

The top five markets during the game were as follows:

City Rating
Chicago 22.62
Tampa 15.10
Buffalo 8.59
Milwaukee 6.66
Fort Myers 6.46
