David Krejci will not be in the Boston Bruins lineup for Sunday's game against the Chicago Blackhawks.
Krejci did not practice Saturday after leaving Friday's game against the St. Louis Blues with a lower-body injury. He traveled with the team to Chicago, but his status will remain uncertain until the team returns to Boston.
"We won't know the severity of his injury until we get back home," Bruins coach Claude Julien told reporters after Saturday's practice.
The Bruins, who are clinging to a playoff spot despite a six-game winless skid, return home on Tuesday to host the Vancouver Canucks.
