Olli Jokinen to make Maple Leafs debut Tuesday vs. Panthers
Welcome to the so-called center of the hockey universe, Olli Jokinen.
Part of a four-player deal that saw Cody Franson and Mike Santorelli shipped off to Nashville, Jokinen - who was reportedly displeased about the move - recorded three goals and three assists in 48 games prior to the trade.
The 36-year-old, who is an unrestricted free agent at season's end, may be motivated to produce in blue and white with a view to being flipped prior to the deadline.
Drafted third overall by Los Angeles in 1997, he has scored 320 goals and added 426 assists in 1217 career games.
