Canucks' Ryan Miller pulled after allowing 5 goals to Wild

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Ryan Miller was pulled from Monday's game against the Minnesota Wild after allowing a fifth goal midway through the second period.
Miller allowed two goals in 54 seconds before being removed, and surrendered five on 18 shots.
He was replaced by Eddie Lack.
