Tarasenko, Schwartz put on a show as Blues grab win from Lightning

The St. Louis Blues weren't about to be shut out on home ice.

Facing a 1-0 deficit to Ben Bishop and the Tampa Bay Lightning with less than four minutes to play, Vladimir Tarasenko continued his breakout season with an absolute laser beam to send the game to overtime.

In the extra frame, Jaden Schwartz fended off the Lightning defenseman and score the game winner on a remarkable individual effort.

The win was the Blues sixth in a row and their 11th in the past 13, and allowed them to stay within two points of the Central Division-leading Nashville Predators.
