Boston Bruins rookie Seth Griffith finds himself holding down a plum assignment these days, lining up as the club's first-line right winger.

Griffith endeared himself to the hometown crowd during Tuesday's game against the Minnesota Wild by channeling his inner Bobby Orr while getting the best of Niklas Backstrom.

Here's a still shot for the full effect.

Griffith also scored during the first period, benefiting from his linemates' respective strengths: a big hit from Milan Lucic and a picture-perfect pass from David Krejci.

The goals were Griffith's second and third of the season, with more likely to come if head coach Claude Julien keeps him on the top line.
