Ducks prospect Stefan Noesen out for 4 months with Achilles injury

Forward Stefan Noesen, a prospect in the Anaheim Ducks system, will miss four months with an Achilles injury according to the team. Noesen lost his season last year to torn ligaments in his knee.

Noesen was drafted by the Ottawa Senators in 2011 and was traded to the Ducks in the Bobby Ryan deal. The 21-year-old forward has not yet made his NHL debut.
Noesen has played a total of six games in the last two seasons with the Norfolk Admirals of the AHL due to injury.
