Another fan threw a Toronto Maple Leafs jersey on the ice, this time in the third period of Friday's loss to the Detroit Red Wings.
The Leafs trailed the Red Wings 4-1 when the sweater was hurled from the seats.
Leafs captain Dion Phaneuf did not approve, according to Stephen Whyno of the Canadian Press.
Phaneuf: fans have other ways to voice displeasure than throwing jerseys on the ice. "I don't agree with it," #Leafs captain says.

The first jersey toss incident of the season came last Saturday, when a fan did so during Toronto's loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Damien Cox of Sportsnet says it was a Montreal Canadiens fan who tossed the jersey on Friday night:
So word is it was a Habs fan who threw the Leaf jersey on the ice. Sorta drains all the supposed symbolism from the event.
