Another class-action lawsuit was filed against the National Hockey League on Tuesday, according to the New York Times.

Jon Rohloff, a defenseman for the Boston Bruins from 1994 to 1997, is the lone plaintiff in the suit, which contends "the league took insufficient action to reduce brain injuries caused by concussive and sub-concussive impacts."

Furthermore, "the suit says that the league concealed the dangers of concussion and did not pass rules designed to reduce the risk of brain injury until recent seasons."

The NHL did not immediately comment on the suit. However, after a similar suit was filed back in April, deputy commissioner Bill Daly said, “We are completely satisfied with our record on player safety, including as it relates to head injuries and brain trauma.”

Rohloff appeared in 150 games for the Bruins, registering seven goals, 25 assists and 129 penalty minutes.
