VIDEO: Canucks F Mike Santorelli flashes some soft hands

The Vancouver Canucks managed to capitalize on a Colorado Avalanche turnover and open the scoring in the first period of Sunday night's game between the former Northwest division rivals. 

Canucks forward Chris Higgins started the sequence off. The American-born Higgins picked off Avalanche defender Nate Guenin's attempt to play the puck around the boards to his defense-partner. 

Higgins then flipped the puck out front to his linemate Mike Santorelli, and Santorelli flashed some slick hands and beat J.S. Giguere with a back-hand shot:
