The game-tying goal was Celebrini's 40th of the campaign, making him the 10th teenager in NHL history to reach the mark.
Celebrini is now up to 105 points on the season - the second most in Sharks history behind Joe Thornton (114 in 2006-07). Erik Karlsson's 101 points in 2022-23 were previously the second most in team history.
The win was a crucial one for the Sharks, who are now just one point back of the Los Angeles Kings for the final wild-card spot in the Western Conference.
