Sharks unveil new primary uniforms

The San Jose Sharks revealed a new set of home and away uniforms on Wednesday.

The biggest change is the usage of teal pants and helmets for the home outfits. Previously, the Sharks have always worn black pants and helmets with their dark uniforms.

Also changing is the re-addition of a bottom stripe and the removal of any orange trim (outside of the stick in the logo).

The club is also using a modernized shark fin logo for the shoulder patches, similar to what the franchise donned on its original jerseys. Since 2007-08, San Jose's shoulder patch logo on its primary uniforms has either been a full shark or the letters "SJ."

Here's a closer look at some of the details:

The Sharks started wearing their previous primary uniforms in 2013.
