Canucks re-sign Hamonic to 2-year deal

The Vancouver Canucks re-signed defenseman Travis Hamonic to a two-year contract with an average annual value of $3 million, the team announced.
Hamonic, 30, just wrapped up his first season with the Canucks, where he scored three goals and added seven assists in 38 games.
He previously spent time with the Calgary Flames and New York Islanders. In 675 career games, he's scored 40 goals and chipped in 158 assists.
