Canucks' Demko making 1st career playoff start in do-or-die Game 5

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko is between the pipes with his team's season on the line in Game 5 against the Vegas Golden Knights, the team announced.
Louis Domingue is the dressed backup, making Jacob Markstrom unavailable for the contest.
It marks the first career playoff start for Demko. The 24-year-old hasn't seen meaningful game action since March 10, outside of a brief relief appearance in Game 1 of the series.
Demko posted a .905 save percentage and a 3.06 goals-against average in 27 games during the regular season. The San Diego, California native was chosen 36th overall at the 2014 draft.
