The San Francisco 49ers have re-signed defensive lineman Tony Jerod-Eddie, the team confirmed Monday.
Financial terms of the deal were not released by the team, but Jerod-Eddie has reportedly signed a one-year, $1.3-million contract, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Jerod-Eddie played in all 16 games as a rotational piece, recording 14 tackles.
The 26-year-old will likely come off the bench again in 2016, with Glenn Dorsey and Quinton Dial carving out their roles in the starting lineup.
