Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak says his team doesn't want quarterback Peyton Manning to rush his decision regarding whether he plans to continue his career.
The 39-year-old Manning is widely expected to walk into the sunset after winning Super Bowl 50.
"There's no rush," Kubiak told reporters at the NFL Scouting Combine Tuesday, noting that the plan all along was for Manning to take his time.
"(We) want him to enjoy what just took place, then we'll work from there."
Kubiak said he spoke to Manning on Tuesday and plans to have additional conversations with him in the near future.
The coach also praised pending free-agent quarterback Brock Osweiler, saying the team wants to re-sign him.
