A note to all the unemployed football players out there: try tweeting the defensive coordinator.

Shiloh Keo, who recently tweeted Broncos defensive coordinator Wade Phillips after he was passed over for a job in favor of Josh Bush, was signed by Denver on Wednesday.

The fourth-year safety is familiar with Phillips' scheme, having played under him for three seasons in Houston. He had 81 tackles, two interceptions, and six passes defensed in 42 games with the Texans, including 11 starts.

The Broncos are in need of help at safety with injuries to T.J. Ward, David Bruton Jr., and Omar Bolden.
