The Oakland Raiders are set to sign safety Taylor Mays after cutting him before Week 1, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
The Raiders are hurting at safety after injuries to Nate Allen and Charles Woodson in an opening game loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Mays also reportedly had an offer to join the Seattle Seahawks.
