The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have placed wide receiver Kenny Bell on injured reserve with a hamstring injury, Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Bell's rookie season ends before it truly began. There were hopes Bell, the Buccaneers' fifth-round pick, would earn the No. 3 receiver job behind starters Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson.
Bell is expected to be healed up by the time OTAs roll around.
