AFC East Notebook: Bills to have new-look offense; Brian Hartline on Patriots' radar

Buffalo Bills

Bills to have a new-look offense in 2015. Following several acquisitions, the Bills' offense will have a completely different look in 2015. Quarterback is still up for grabs, but it appears Matt Cassel will be the Week 1 starter.

Bills tender wide receiver Chris Hogan. The team tendered one-year, exclusive-rights offers to wideout Chris Hogan, defensive tackle Corbin Bryant and reciever Justin Brown. Hogan performed well in 2014.

Miami Dolphins

Dolphins are presumptive front-runner to sign Suh. Any team with cap space is in the market for All-Pro defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, but the Dolphins have a leg up on the competition.

Kiper has Dolphins selecting wide receiver. ESPN's draft guru has the Dolphins filling out their receiving corps after cutting Brian Hartline and Brandon Gibson. Mike Wallace could still be traded or cut.

Dolphins may be interested in running back C.J. Spiller. The team has been linked to the soon-to-be free agent running back along with three other teams. The Dolphins could use depth at tailback.

New England Patriots

Wilfork set to walk as free agent. Longtime Patriot Vince Wilfork may be finished in New England after the team decided not to pick up his contract option.

Patriots won't increase ticket prices in 2015. Season-ticket holders were informed of the news in the last few weeks. Owner Robert Kraft thanked season-ticket holders for their support in a letter.

Hartline is on the Patriots' radar. The Patriots made former Dolphin Wes Welker into a Pro Bowler - is Brian Hartline next? Hartline has a similar skill set and the Patriots need some help at the position.

New York Jets

Bears agree to send Brandon Marshall to Jets. The deal is still pending a physical, but New York has reportedly added a big piece to their receiving corps by acquiring the veteran Marshall. 

Jets to host free agent Cary Williams. The Jets will be looking for better play from their secondary this season. They're hosting free-agent corner Cary Williams, who started all 16 games in 2014 with the Eagles.

Woody Johnson relying on GM to sign Darrell Revis. The owner has had internal discussions about bringing back the former Jets standout. Johnson is counting on GM Mike Maccagnan to make it happen.

Jets have options for keeping Harvin. The Jets have several potential options when it comes to Percy Harvin's contract, but none of them are particularly desirable.
