Seahawks' Earl Thomas upgraded to limited in practice Friday

Seattle Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas was upgraded to limited in practice Friday as he continues to deal with a shoulder injury.
Thomas dislocated his shoulder during the NFC Championship Game while trying to tackle Green Bay Packers receiver Randall Cobb, but said he would play in Super Bowl XLIX.
The All-Pro safety did not participate in practice Wednesday and Thursday, and is officially listed as questionable to play in the Super Bowl. However, it would be a complete shock if he didn't suit up against the New England Patriots.
