Report: Dan Quinn wants Kyle Shanahan as his OC
Ken Blaze / USA TODAY Sports
Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Dan Quinn, who is the rumored favorite to land the New York Jets' head coaching vacancy, reportedly wants to hire Kyle Shanahan as his offensive coordinator if he lands the job.
Bleacher Report's Jason Cole and Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot were the first to report the news.
The Cleveland Browns announced Thursday that they were parting ways with Shanahan after one season. He has been linked to head coaching jobs in San Francisco and Buffalo, which could impact whether or not he decides to join Quinn.
