Cleveland Browns wide receiver Miles Austin will be released from a Buffalo-area hospital and will fly back to Cleveland on Wednesday night after lacerating his kidney Sunday in a 26-10 loss to the Bills.
Cleveland placed Austin on injured reserve earlier Wednesday and signed running back Shaun Draughn.
The 30-year-old receiver caught seven passes for 86 yards against Buffalo.
