Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles isn't worried about his injured wrist keeping him out of action Sunday.
"It's fine – it's 100 percent," Bortles said Wednesday, according to the team's website.
Bortles suffered a sprained wrist in the Jaguars' 33-23 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, but was back with the team Wednesday resuming normal activities.
Head coach Gus Bradley said he isn't worried about Bortles' confidence and has given no consideration to going back to Chad Henne as the starter.
"With Blake, he is so confident, so competitive," Bradley said. "With him, he's constantly trying to get better. He learns from his mistakes. He goes out and tries to correct them. All those signs are just part of growth. Sometimes, they're unfortunate. Sometimes, they sting you.
"What I really watch for is if there's adversity and if something goes wrong, is he learning from it? Is he growing from it? As long (as) he does that, that's what we expect from Blake and we have no issue."
