Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams left Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens after suffering an ankle injury in the first half and did not return.
While no update was provided as to the severity of the injury, Williams was spotted leaving the stadium with a walking cast on his injured right ankle.
Sunday's game marked Williams' return to the field after missing the team's previous two games with a thigh injury.
He rushed for 34 yards on 11 carries prior to exiting the 38-10 loss.
