VIDEO: Darnell Dockett responds to facemask ban with Bane quotes

The NFL announced late Monday night that they plan to prohibit 'non-standard facemasks' for the upcoming season. 

A handful of players in the league sport the stylish yet now illegal masks, and three-time Pro Bowl defensive end Darnell Dockett was the first to post his dissent with the decision. 

Dockett used his instagram to have his voice heard, and opted to speak through the vessel of Batman villain Bane. 

NFL rule makers merely adopted the ruling. Dockett was born in it, molded by it.
