Irving, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - The Dallas Cowboys signed defensive tackle Amobi Okoye on Friday.
Okoye was drafted by the Houston Texans with the 10th overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft, spending four seasons with the Texans with 58 starts in 62 games.
He signed with the Chicago Bears leading up to the 2011 season, and in two seasons, played in 25 games before being out of football in 2013.
The Cowboys released linebacker Jonathan Stewart.
