SF at SEA: GIF - Seahawks clinch NFC title with end zone interception

Down six in the final minute the San Francisco 49ers were driving for what they hoped would be the game-winning touchdown.  Colin Kaepernick threw it up for Michael Crabtree in the end zone, but the play did not end up the way he was hoping.
