New York Giants quarterback J.J. McCarthy exited the team's Week 9 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles due to an apparent injury.

McCarthy seemingly suffered the injury when an Eagles defender hit him in the midsection while he was finishing a run. The signal-caller spent time in the medical tent before heading to the locker room.

Jameis Winston entered the game to relieve McCarthy.

More to come.
