Arizona Cardinals running back Jeremiyah Love will return Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys after a two-game absence, the team announced Friday.

The third overall pick in the 2026 draft was sidelined due to an ankle injury. He'd been listed as a limited participant in practice throughout the week.

Love has 245 rushing yards on 67 carries and one touchdown through five games. He's added 11 catches for 36 yards and one touchdown as a receiver. Among 32 qualifying running backs this season, Love ranks 13th in rush success rate and 19th in EPA per designed rush, according to TruMedia.

In his five games this season, Love only played 49.6% of Arizona's offensive snaps. Tyler Allgeier, who joined the Cardinals on a two-year deal this offseason, had more total snaps in Weeks 1-5 than Love did.

The Cardinals are 2-5 heading into Sunday's matchup against the Cowboys, which kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET.
