Baltimore Ravens star Derrick Henry praised Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson as the top running back in the league ahead of their matchup on Sunday Night Football.
"He's the best in the game right now. He's doing it all," Henry told reporters Thursday, including the Baltimore Banner's Jonas Shaffer. "I ain't going to shy away from it. ... Hell of a back.
"Does a great job running in the system and does a great job if the play is not exactly how they want it. He knows how to make guys miss, get vertical, and get the most out of the play."
Robinson has enjoyed an explosive start to his 2026 campaign. The Falcons tailback will enter Sunday's matchup against the Ravens with 494 rushing yards, second in the NFL behind Kenneth Walker III. The Texas product has tallied 339 yards and four touchdowns across his last two games, resulting in wins over the Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints.
Atlanta's ground game has flourished behind the duo of Robinson and Brian Robinson Jr. through four games. The Falcons are averaging 181 yards per contest, the second-highest mark behind the Chicago Bears (196.3).
The 32-year-old Henry admitted that he hasn't talked to Bijan Robinson much outside of their discussions on social media but plans to speak to him after the game.
Henry continues to defy Father Time in his 11th NFL season. The Ravens standout ranks fourth in rushing with 374 yards to go along with seven scores.
