Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase went to the locker room for a concussion check Sunday after taking a major shot to the head against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Chase got hurt when a Jaguars defender grabbed his facemask during a tackle and then another came in and slammed into the pass-catcher. Chase's head hit the turf hard, and he stayed down before heading to the medical tent.

Chase is listed as questionable to return. He caught three passes for 26 yards before exiting.

The 26-year-old is considered one of the league's best wide receivers. He had 21 catches for 211 yards and three touchdowns entering Sunday's game.

Cincinnati is already without wideout Andrei Iosivas, who's on injured reserve with a thumb injury.
