Mason totaled 14 carries for 76 yards and gathered in their only target for two yards during Saturday's 27-9 defeat against Penn State.
Analysis:Mason was once again Temple's leading rusher while Sam Brown (undisclosed) continues to recover. The running back led the team with 14 carries and 76 yards during a quiet offensive showing for the Owls. Head coach K.C. Keeler expressed optimism that Brown could return Saturday at Toledo, which likely sends Mason back into a reserve role, though his early production should keep him involved in the backfield rotation.
