New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver Jordyn Tyson will miss roughly two months due to a hamstring injury, according to Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.

Tyson, the eighth overall pick in this year's draft, could reportedly begin the regular season on injured reserve, which would sideline him for at least four games.

Tyson sustained the injury during a joint practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars last week.

The 22-year-old was the second wide receiver taken in the 2026 NFL Draft after putting on a show at Arizona State. Tyson was projected to form one of the league's most promising duos with Chris Olave, who's also struggled to stay healthy in recent years.

The Saints also roster third-year wideout Devaughn Vele, as well as rookie receivers Barion Brown and Bryce Lance. Sixth-round pick Brown has arguably been New Orleans' biggest standout at training camp so far.
